I have a current computer which I want to upgrade (HP 110-001EA). I have a budget of around £300, no more than £320. I have already decided that I want these components (I haven't checked them for compatibility with my case or the other components yet so if somebody could do that it would be a huge help):
MSI Z87-G43 ATX Motherboard = £85

i5 4670k = £160

Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply Unit = £43

The graphics card which I want is a Sapphire Dual-X Radeon R9 270X OC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card with Boost = £160 but it kills my budget completely. Does anybody know a graphics card which can run BF4 on medium/high for cheaper?

With the budget that you have at your expense, I'd settle with a GTX 650 ti OC or a 7790, For medium to high settings. Personally I would go with the GTX 650 ti because of Shadow Play from Nvidia which allows you to record your gaming experience/play without framedrop/performance hit. The card is absolutely very worth it for the price range and value.

I will get the 7790 for the graphics card. to save money im going with an i5 3370k. Would there be any issues with bottlenecking? I also have a 1155 motherboard socket so the processor should fit in my current mobo
