A 660 Ti will play on a mixture of High and Medium.

Without AA, you could get away with most likely a 770.

yes 770 without aa.

770 with some aa but not on ultra.

780 with the above.

I have a gtx 760 and my friend has a 660ti, there is very little difference between the two when watching. I get 65+ fps on everything maxed (overclocked to 1306mhz, and memory overclocked to +172) while my friend is mixed med/high settings, to be able to run 60 fps with minimal dips

well the 760 is a stronger card in any ways possible. ;)

yes it will. you will get around 35-50 fps with no AA on ultra. Its not a weak card.

Hint of sarcasm? lol Ive seen alot of reviews and benchmarks of the 760 and 770 and in most if not all the 770 out performs the 760(obviously). I think i either got a really good 760 or the overclocking bring its to the level of a stock 770..

But for the OP, my friends gtx660ti cannot run at 60 fps at max settings at 1080 when he puts max settings on he drops to 35-40fps consistently.

50fps and under is garbage. Whats the point in playing maxxed settings if ur under 50fps? Thats a shit recommendation.

lol, some people can run with 40fps depends but for fluidity i prefer lowering settings and getting 60fps.

azzazel, well I would take the 50 fps you call garbage, and I also agree you can run bf4 at maxed out settings w.o AA with a gtx 770, you may even be able to get away with a gtx 760 if you oc, or on the amd side, a OC'd 7950, 7970 ghz or a r9 280X. I dont think you would need a gtx 780 to get it fully maxed just not 60 fps XD But I dont know why everyone shits a brick when they hear its under 60 fps..I cant tell the difference

not many people can tell the difference between 60fps and 50 fps. when it gets down below 40-30 fps it does get noticeable. The higher resolution monitor you have, i hear the easier it is to tell 60 fps from 50fps. i read something about it on here a couple weeks ago.

760 should perform like a 7950 in bf4 yes. and when overclocked a bit better.

Well it's clocked higher but has fewer cores, that could be why the 660Ti holds it own.

Well, i got an I3-2100, GTX 660 ti and 8 GB RAM and i can run it at max, without AA and ambient occlusion with 35-70 FPS. You can run pretty well, but you will need a good CPU, maybe I5 or I7.

660 ti performance
ultra 4xmsaa 1080p

don't listen to this newbies who insist you to buy expensive 770 or 280x...

Hi, my budget is 300 USD,
i would like to know what other great cards are there? i saw the MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 OC 2GB and was intrested.
would this be good?

anything lower than 50 fps in online gaming and you are at a serious disadvantage plus your missing out on game play the way it was meant to be played. Anyone who says fps under 50 is completely ok and playable are not serious gamers or have just played subpar for so long its become a ok thing.

that card is okay, but I suggest you try to buy the gtx 770 :http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

for $320, its noticeably faster then the 760.
