Can't Install Graphics Card in my PC?

I have a Windows 7 Home Premium HP Touchsmart 310. I want to install a Graphics card so that i may be able to play games on it, but I can't even uncover the backing of the PC. I removed the screws and all, but it stays shut. It's a flat desktop, and there's no Tower that other people possess in tutorials online, so I can't find anything on installing a Graphics card for my PC.

I called HP and Geek Squad, but they either can't assist me without paying or they don't know what to do, so i'm here to ask you guys if you know if my PC is even capable of installing a Graphics card, and if so, why can't I unlock the backing? Thanks for any assistance.

Solution
First off, Geek Squad is pretty useless.

Second, you can't install a new GPU in a touch screen PC because the motherboard, GPU, and CPU are all soldered together and are in a tight space, and you can't add new components to it.

I'm not sure how to upload images, but if you google searched "HP Touchsmart 310" and clicked images, you'd see its basic casing. There are other versions of it, but they're pretty much the exact same thing.

Ah, so there's nothing I can do to increase performance? I was hoping I could do SOMETHING to increase FPS for gaming.

Nope, touch screens and all in one systems use glorified laptop hardware. You're pretty much SOL when it comes to upgrading these types of PCs.

Memory: 4 GB RAM

DirectX: Version 9.0c
Hard Drive: 8 GB available space

Here is my PC's specs:

The game's frame rate is severely low, so is there anything else i could do to increase it since i can't install a new graphics card?

Kinda wish i didn't purchase this PC then, although i did have it for a while and never expected to play games on it, so i can't blame myself after all this time. Got any suggestions on PC's i could implement solely for gaming that are very inexpensive?

Most of them are based on laptop components and therefore have no "graphics card" to speak of, a few have laptop style upgradeable graphics and those are MXM cards no standard desktop cards.

Depends on how much you want to spend. If you want a PC for medium - high level graphics then you're looking at minimum $550.

l have the same computer and have looked into to similar things. I use my touchsmart primarily for music production and video editing, but recently got into gaming. You cant swap out the graphics card but you can swap the cpu and add more ram. It will support up to 8 gigs of ram, and i put an amd phenom II X4 960T processor in there. I have been running this setup for about a year and a half. As for taking the cover off, if you do some digging there is an instruction page on HP's website that shows you step by step. It is a bit tricky as you have to take off the stand and remove this disc drive before you can take the cover off..
Really if you are looking to do more serious gaming I would recommend selling your touchsmart and building a desktop. My setup is the highest that the touchsmart will support and I barely run gamecube emulation at speeds that are acceptable to me. Also the heatsink and fan aren't meant for a quad core so you have to watch your temperatures. Is my setup way better than stock? YES. But if you have the money you could definitely do better by selling it and going with a desktop.

Are you saying the motherboard can't handle any higher of a processor?
