8gb (3,89 gb available) Windows 8.1 pro 64-bits help!!??

I saw more problems like these, i tried the msconfig run option already, bios is up to date, and i tried removing the stick already... My list of hardware:

Zalman z9 plus (case)
Asus r9280x dc2t 3gd5 (graphics card)
AMD fx-8350 (CPU)
Asrock 970 pro3 r2.0 (motherboard)
Coolermaster b700 (power supply)
Corsair vengeance 2x4 gb ( Link to ram info )

Please help me, I have no idea what is left for me to do :'(

How much does windows say is in use? If you add that together with the available it should equal 8GB.

In use: 1,9gb
available: 2,0 gb
assigned: 2,9/ 7,9
in cache: 1,9

PS: sometimes it does say it has 7,89 gb available so that isn't it...

If it shows some of the time but not all of it, try ensureing both sticks are properly inserted into the board one of them could be a bit loose?
