The other day my computer just froze randomly so i turned it off

When i turned it back on it would get stuck at the " Windows XP " screen with the loading bar and just infinitely load

I tried going into all the different safe modes and none would work , it would just be a black screen with lines of messages

Anyone know how i can fix this

No, don't take actions on re-installing windows from scratch, you have to find some alternative solutions. you might have important files that needs to recover. The best thing to do is perform a repair, read this article for the instructions: http://pcsolutions-alternative.blogspot.com/
Well if no safe modes work the Windows is hosed and you would need to reinstall Windows, drivers, and all applications from scratch.
Depending how old this computer is (provide the specs) the hard drive (HDD) could also be worn out. Considering a HDD is $100 or more, it isn't cost effective when a new i3 Core Desktop (or better yet laptop) is only $249 at Walmart for general normal use (not gaming). That comes wiht 6-8GB DDR3 RAM, BluRay/DVD, 500+GB HDD, keyboard, mouse, alot come with FREE LCD, and Windows installed all under warranty.

If you were of the mind of gaming then a i5 Core is only $349, buy a 600W PSU for it @ $99 to support a gaming graphics card (add $149-$499) at what you can pay for and you can play BF4 at High graphics level at 1080p (1900x1080) for around 50FPS.

All depends what you have, what your needs are.
