Black screen after changing GPU.

Hey, I got a problem right now with my computer screen, I just got a Geforce 780 from a Radeon 7950, I've pluged everything in including the HDMI and follow the guide. After installing the GPU and turn it on *POOF* a Black screen appeared, but it seems to connect to HDMI but the screen is just keep being black. My Father and I were trying to fix the problem for hours now but no luck.

My specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-b75m d3h
32 gigs of Ram
700 watt PSU
2 TB western HDD
Win 7 Home premium 64bit
Xeon e3-1220 V2 LGA1155 3.10 GHz

1) if you put the 7950 back in does it display then?
2) If you put the 780 in a different computer, does it work in another computer?
3) If both card work, uninstall all AMD, then download and run DRIVER SWEEPER, it will REALLY remove ALL AMD/ATi content. Shut down the computer, swap cards, start up - DO YOU SEE BIOS? If not then it isn't the drivers / Windows as we are not seeing it work BEFORE we get to Windows. If you do see BIOS, you will be in VGA mode most likely, download and install the latest drivers.
4) If you can't see BIOS with the 780 after above tests, put back the 7950 and go to your MOBO support site. Download and update the BIOS for the Mobo if any.
5) If no BIOS update, shut down the computer, remove power plug...

It actually works, but there's a new problem. The BIOS menu appears, but after a few min it stands there and after that a black out comes.

Mmm sounds like Windows is trying to compensate but seems a bit lost OR your video display isn't displaying with the output of the 780. You need to perform STEP (3) then above. I would then (if it doesn't display) try with a different monitor and see if that works. If this still doesn't work, then I would suggest downloading Ubuntu to a Boot DVD and see if you can run the OS off the DVD drive.

If all this fails (no OS will load graphically) I am suspecting your 780 may be broken when it tries to do 'graphics' level and the card will need to be RMA. Your best bet would be to test as I said (2) above to confirm the card works as advertised.

Sorry for a late update, we still got a problem after using Driver sweeper. The Displayer won't show up, it's all plugged in, but we had to use the Small ATI card to try solving the problem. We also restarted my computer and hoping to solve it or make it easier, but we ended up looping and not even helping. After a few hours later, the 780 fans start to make REALLY loud noise, could the GPU be broken?
