Can someone in my home block my cellphone access to our with?

Looking for information on how to find out if this is possible. All family members access is not and we all share same phone types.

I think they are asking block the cell phone from WIFI? If that IS the question, it isn't blocking you FROM the WIFI, they just block that device from using it is possible. If you have a secure WIFI, are you typing in the password correctly? IT is EASY to flub it up on a cell phone keyboard then a regular keyboard (if you have a keyboard on it and not just Number keys).
