Quick help please! GTX760 installation?

I've built my entire computer today and I'm frustrated that this has me confused.

I have the following parts:

EVGA GTX760
Corsair AX760 PSU
Corsair sleeved cable kit - http://www.corsair.com/us/professional-individually-sleeved-dc-cable-kit-type-3-generation-2-blue.html

Can someone please tell me in detail, how I need to connect this card? Getting pissed.

plug in the 8(6+2) and 6 pin PCI-E cables

Thank you. I've done that but I cant get my monitors to activate and come on.

Both cables are firmly in the GTX 760 and the PSU, and the card is firmly seated in the slot. The new build has power and the fans on the card are spinning. I'm stumped.

EDIT: Might have figured it out. Doing some testing. Will report back.
