i looked if my graphics card overheats but thats not the case.. it was running 50% fan speed i turned it up to 60% temp is 23C. but i do see in the amd catalyst center that is says activity 0% gpu clock 300mhz memory clock 150mhz power 0% temperature is 26C at 50% fanspeed

how come the power is 0%??? or activity 0%? can this be the problem ?

starting up a game like asseto corsa i got a quick 24 % on activity and gpu clock 920 memory clock1250mhz but it quickly ent back to 0% and 300mhz gpu 160 mhz mem clock.

now game has been started and activity has gone up to 99% gpu 920mhz mem clock 1250 mhz power is at 0% temperature is 53%
