I have a Satellite C75D-A7286, and I was wondering if, Sense i have a Quad core CPU can I use any Quad core to upgrade?

Nope, you have to pick a CPU that is compatible with your motherboard. Laptops often do not have replaceable CPUs and GPUs though, you are generally locked into the hardware you started with, and even if it does you will be locked into the hardware options that were in its family so you won't have many choices.

How do I check witch are compatible and witch ones arn't?

If you're saying the cpu is often soldered, then you'd be wrong. But it makes no sense to do a side-grade from a quad core to quad core.

The only way to know what cpus are compatible with the bios is to contact the manufacturer. Just because something is the same socket doesn't mean the mobo may accept it.

The C75D-A7286 has a a4-5000m which is bga, meaning it's soldered and not worth the trouble to change it. I'm still going to disagree with the others about most laptops being non replaceable. Most laptops I come across are still pga although most mobile cpus aren't sold in retail.
