Wolf is right we need more info on the intended use of the machine you are trying to create give us this and I can nearly assure you a well spring of ideas !
but for a quick run any quad core or higher CPU (this will be dictated by the mother board) and a Graphics card with HDMI output would hook up to a T.V. so get us all of your needs and the community will provide solutions.

For gaming purposes, you'll want a quad-core processor at a minimum. Intel Core I5-4650K would be ideal if you can afford it. Otherwise, look to lesser quad-core Intel processors or look to the AMD FX6xxx series processors.

GPU will again depend on what you can afford. At a minimum for gaming, I recommend the latest generation graphics card from either AMD or NVidia; where the second numeral of the model number is at least a "6". For example: GTX760, HD7670, GTX770, R9 270, etc...

No, those are not minimums. Those are my recommendations. As far as what motherboard, just any that's has a CPU socket 1150 and at least 1 PCI-Ex16 graphics card slot.

I'd go with the B85M-G as it has more SATA 6.0 and USB 3.0 ports.
