Problem with powering on - case move.

I just moved my system over into this new case.

Everything has been plugged in again correctly -
So from the start - I took out all the parts from my old case and came to difficulties with my motherboard. I was taking the last screw out and it kept going back into the standoff's thread, it kept making a clicking noise as though something had snapped. I eventually got it out and thought it was fine.

Whilst taking the motherboard out - I left the RAM and heatsink with it's fan on the board but took my card off.

My HDDs and one ODD came out fine, along with my PSU.

I then went over to the newer case and put the motherboard in first, it's on 5 standoffs with the screws placed accordingly.
I then put my HDDs and ODD in very easily.
I then got the cables that go with the power buttons on the front pane header and placed them on the pins correctly -

I then went on to plug the USB and AUDIO headers into the correct places, according to my manual.

I plugged my PSU in and hooked up everything, including the 20+4 ATX pin power cable and the ATX 4 pin power cable, SATA power cables and PCI-E power cables.
I also had all my data cables plugged in (3).

So all in all, it has the following powered and connected to the motherboard.
Both main power cables for the motherboad.
Power cable for graphics card.
Three SATA power cables.
USB and Audio headers.
Power button headers.
----

I attempted to boot the system and I had absolutely no luck, it didn't even turn on. I thought the PSU was dead but it works on a different system, I then tried a different PSU on the system I moved over and still no luck.

I tried unplugging my ODD, HDDs and GPU. With just my motherboard being given power. Still no luck.

I tried the power headers from my old system but it still wouldn't boot and I've been working with it for about 10 hours straight and I have no clue as to what the problem is.
If anyone can help me then that would be great -
thanks, Chris

Disconnect the Reset switch wires from FP1 header (it the switch in the new case is broken, stuck ON, things won't start up)
Does the Green or an LED on your motherboard light up when the power supply is plugged in & turned on?

What happens now when you press the Power Switch on the new case? (do fans power up?)

I unplugged the reset header, only the HDD led, power led and power switches are plugged in. There are two places for USB headers to go on my motherboard, the one USED to have a card reader plugged into it but I've moved it now.

I still can't boot the system.

Update:
I just removed the motherboard from the new case and placed it back into the old case again, still no luck.
Only have the 20+4 and 4 pin in.
Am I missing something?

Update:
Fixed the problem - had the jumpers in the wrong place on my board.
