Don't worry about the Ram. That set is a good price right now, and will still run in dual-channel. If you need more than 16gb's of Ram, you are going to need an entire new system anyways, and the standard will most likely be ddr4 at that point.

The 840 Evo is good, and great price. I'd save some money and just get a WD Blue, or Seagate Barracuda though. The Black would be great if it's your only drive, but as a large storage device you can do with it being a little slower.

The 770 is a great card still, but if you are spending this much on the system, maybe wait and check out the prices on the 3rd party cooling solutions for the 290 or 290x. I know Gigabyte just released the info on their cards, but we still don't know a release...

I'd get 16Gb of RAM, just but 2 x 8 GB sticks to allow for future expansion
I'd get the same Corsair (get brand BTW) RM series, just get an 850watt, to allow supporting SLI GPU's in future
If your heavy into games, a GTX770 is a bit dated (as it's really just a GTX680 at heart). I'd go for a GTX780 for the 3GB of RAM and far more speed. And, in future 2 of them would be awesomely powerful.

Also, 4gb's isn't really needed unless you are gaming at 1440p or above, or using multiple monitors.

If this is a gaming Pc, you could drop down to 8gb's of Ram, and also just get the 4670k Cpu. No performance loss from the Ram, and an extremely negligible loss in the Cpu switch. I'd start thinking about upgrading the cooling to get the XSPC Raystorm 280mm Radiator setup. It's essentially a custom loop system built together, with all the options to upgrade in the future. I.e., add a Gpu water block, larger radiator, etc. It's about 160 dollars and performs very well.

If you get a 290 or 290x video card, I'd jump up to an 850w Psu for possible crossfiring in the future. Price difference isn't that much, and some deals will get you an Xfx silver/gold certified semi-modular unit for under 100 dollars.
