Ok, so i have been really frustrated about my CPU cores being parked. I have Tried some things but nothing seems to work! can someone please help?
Things i have tried
*using unparking utility
*Going into regedit and changing (0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583) values to 0.
