Is this graphics bad?

I'm not sure if it is dedicated or not but here it is

AMD Radeon HD 8570D Graphics with up to 4196 total available memory

Any insight you can give me if this is Alright for light-medium gaming?

That is the AMD A8 6500 and 6600k's integrated graphics. It's pretty powerful for integrated. Setup with fast RAM, you can play most games on 720p. It's not strong enough for 1080p. You do need FAST RAM like 1866mhz in dual channel to get the best results.
