How do I clear the Q code 53 for the Maximus VI Formula motherboard?

Brand new set up I7 4770k, 2(8gb) memory out of case setup hyper 212 heat sink fan. Not booting at all. I had the Hero VI and had the same problem and I returned everything. This issue continues to follow me.
