hdd 2,5" toshiba 7200rpm sata2
psu FSP HEXA 400W 80+ bronze

Solution
Of course that isn't a laptop, would a laptop have a 400W 80+ Bronze rated PSU?

Not sure about the quality of that 400W unit (but it is 80+ bronze rated so it's decent) but your best bet would be to purchase a 7750, at least you'll be able to play those games at medium or so settings

Assuming that it's a decent unit, you could at the very least look towards getting a 650 Ti or 7770 which would greatly increase the gaming performance of your rig

If it's this exact model then you should be fine with a 7770 or a 650 Ti

What matters when you pick a PSU is the amperage rating on the +12v rail and the efficiency rating (80+ bronze...
YEs it will because your system isn't compatible for those games. If you want to run high end games like that you need a dedicated GPU (AMD or Nvidia), that is a Integrated video card. I am guessing this is a laptop? If so your out of luck on playing games on it, if you had a desktop I just tell you to upgrade the PSU to 600W (about $99) to power a GPU and your computer, then buy a game card ($149-$499). Your video is only on there to help run basic 2D applications and webbased games, basic 'computing' functions not 'gaming'. Next time read the 'System REQUIREMENTS' on the packaging / website. Always go with RECOMMENDED, as MINIMAL is just to 'load the game' not that it is actually 'playable'.

What matters when you pick a PSU is the amperage rating on the +12v rail and the efficiency rating (80+ bronze etc.), don't blindly go for a 600-700W generic brand which would really be a 300W PSU in actual output. The brands to look out for would be Antec, Corsair, EVGA, XFX and Seasonic. As long as you're not running a system with a wild overclock or a extremely high end card, a decent 500W unit from these vendors would be more than sufficient

Also it'd be a good idea to expand your memory to 8GB total with another 2x2gb kit

thanks for all the answer but i still confuse about the hitman case. my friend who built a rig and and it's about the same rig with me, the difference is just the procie we use, he use an i3 3220 3,2 Ghz and without dedicated VGA and he could run it.
is it because the driver on intel hd 4400?

I can't see a way his computer would work either, it isn't because of a different CPU that makes the difference, a IG (integrated card) is ONLY designed for basic computing function (even Intel states that publically) not made for 3D gaming enviroments. For intense demands like those games you need a dedicate video card.

Now I was shocked to see that the Haswell (4xxx) i3 Core can PLAY BF4 on ultra and damn decently,... but that is a totally different discussion because that STILL had a seperate video card in the computer.

Here is the numbers http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-HD-Graphics-4400.91979.0.html
Assassin´s Creed IV: Black Flag (2013)
low: 20.2 fps
Compare med.: 14.2 fps
Compare » The benchmarks indicate that the game is not playable in the tested settings.

Hitman: Absolution (2012)
low: 19.8 fps
Compare med.: 13.6 fps
Compare » The benchmarks indicate that the game is not playable in the tested settings.

Those are NOT playable numbers, a MINIMUM (slow) is 30FPS standard, most game play is 60FPS normally.

Believe it or not, the Intel HD graphics 4000 and onwards are actually quite decent for IGPUs, they can run Crysis 3 at the lowest settings at fairly decent framerates, so no, it's not only for 2D "basic" applications, they are designed for HD videos and light gaming

It's not the CPU which is causing the problem, the i3-3220 has the Intel HD 2500 and it still runs these games, so once again it would come down to software, in which you probably didn't update your DirectX or C++ redistributables

The HD 4400 that comes with the CPUs also vary in speeds depending on the CPU

The days of the pathetic Intel GMA have been long gone

It should also have no problem running Hitman on the lowest settings either

The i3-4130 is a pretty powerful dual core so I wouldn't be surprised that it can handle BF4 quite well (with discrete GPU of course) given its powerful single threaded performance

Granted, AC4 runs like rubbish so no doubt it will run worse on your integrated chipset

Yep, your PSU should be fine with a 7770 or 650 Ti, at the very least you'll be playing these games well at medium settings

It is not your graphics card!!!!!! just because it is integrated does not mean it is powerful enough I have played about 230 hrs of black flag on my laptop with that exact video card on high settings.it is possibly your processor or a vid antialiasing problem.
