Additional Information:

1. I have that MOBO because I'll want to crossfire/sli in a year when I have the money.
2. I don't know if I need a wireless network adapter; everyone says I do, but on these forums no one includes it.
3. I checked with CyberPowerPC and it said it would be ok to have 2 r9 280x cards running on 800W.
4. I'm a student, do you think I could get Win7 Home Premium 64 bit for less money?
5. Star Citizen says the system req. is 8gb of DDR3. Does that mean it's going to use that much, or that my system needs that much?
6. I know the Toxic edition R9 280x is sold out, but it seems like the best bang for you buck. Will it get more stable over time?

Edit: I don't need a hard drive or a monitor. Thanks for the replies though!

Solution
faster load times from different maps in games. and yes the ssd and keyboard and mouse would be a good place to put the difference. or take a beautiful girl to dinner (i.e. the wife if you have one)

save some money and get an fx-8320 it con overclock same as an 8350 also get 8gb ram no ned for anything more. look at minimum requirements and recomemded. 8gb should be the recomended not the minimum on that game. unless you plan to use the pc wirelessly connected to themoden youdo not need the network adapter. other than that looks great.

Thank you for the feedback:

1. Do you think with DDR4 slated for 2014 that we will have any RAM problems?
2. Could you extrapolate on your point about the wireless adapter?

if you are hardwired to the modem the wireless adapter us bassically useless. and even with ddr4 emerging next year ddr3 1866mhz will still hold up a few years the same way ddr2 did until a couple years ago. and at that time you can get a new mobo and ram but the rest of the system will hold.

If I had an extra $200, what do you think I should do with that? You said downgrade the CPU, that would save me $30; you also said I don't need the WNA, that saves me $40; so with $270 extra, should I just get the R9 290x instead of the R9 280x Toxic? Or maybe should I get a good mechanical keyboard and mouse? right now I'm using old crappy ones.
