I was looking at buying this Radeon 7750:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B007Z3T5JC

I have a VGA monitor. However, I have heard that this card only supports HD output and that It won't work with an adapter like this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002R0DZXU/ref=mp_s_a_1_2...

Would it work if I use a DVI cable and convert it at the monitor end, or would an adapter at the card's end work?

http://products.xfxforce.com/en-us/Graphics_Cards/AMD_R...

Dual link Support : Y
HDMI Ready : Y
Max Supported Resolution (ANALOG) : 2048 x 1536
Max Supported Resolution (DIGITAL) : 2560 x 1600
Output - Display Port : 1
Output - DL-DVI-I : 1
Output - HDMI : 1

I think Will this support the DVI-DSUB15 connector. because support ANALOG, AND have the holes to the adpter.

you can get a 7770 for 99us http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Mini-Displayport-Crossfi...

Yes the card will be able to use a VGA adapter. Almost all cards can.
