How to Increase FPS Without a Graphics Card?

My computer is unable to take a graphics card to install as it's a touchscreen desktop, so what other methods are disposed to me to increase FPS for gaming?

Well for getting rid of background applciations while playing games, you could use gamebooster and also disable Aero

Other than that, you're not going to be doing well with an IGPU

If you're running an ancient all in one system with the Intel GMA then 3Danalyze would be your best bet for playing older (pre 2007-8) games

Is that my only option? I tried that and have no luck. Any hardware I can get other than graphics cards, or a software to improve it?
