Yea I was just wondering the cost and what specs would be required to build a computer that would run the newest 2013 games. (Max Payne 3, Watch Dogs) At high settings and any new games coming out for you know a rough 3-5 years at maximum. LF Video cards, CPU, Power Supply, the usual. Ive built plenty of computers for casual gaming but never one this high end don't wanna fuck up and underestimate these power house games that really are heavy on a system.

This is all very shocking to me. 1000$ Plus? My last build was around 450 and could run Crysis 3 on almost maxed setting 1600x1200. Its just hard for me to believe that a build is gonna be more then double that. Maybe I should verify that I mean maximum video graphics but not maximum resolution as the person Im building this for isn't going to care if its 1600x1200 opposed to 2400x1900 or w.e it is for games now a days.

I think some of these rigs would run games for the next 10 years on maximum lol. The job I'm doing is for some kid, 18 years old. 700$ would probably be his maximum. So okay how bout a computer that can run 2013 games on maxed out settings 1600x1200, and you know run games till 2020 obviously lowering settings as games become more and more outrageous. I forgot how ridiculously high the resolutions on these games can get.

This is a good build:
