Hi my friend was play bo2 and he turned up all the settings to high not knowing much about computers. Now the game wont even start. Anyway can i reset the settings outside the game and get it fixed

i dont own the game, but google for a settings file. if there is, create a backup and edit the file manually.
but, the game should start no matter the settings since the menu should not be that heavy.

worst case, reinstall the game
