Motherboard suggestion for AMD Athlon II X4

I using asus m4a78 v-evo board with AMD Athlon II X4 processor, unfortunately board stop working. So I'm planning to buy a new board.

can you please suggest me which one is better? "Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3" or "ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2" Motherboard.

Asus has Crossfire Support .....but it supports only 8GB RAM...where Gigabyte Supports 32GB RAM

If u r gng to Play games....Go with Asus..becz it has Cross Fire Tech and Gigabyte doesnt have Crossfire or SLI
