I just got my MSi GTX 780 Lightning today. But I'm not sure if my CPU will bottleneck it...
this is the spec of my computer...(reading it from DirectX Diagnostic Tool)

My CPU is Intel i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz (4CPUs), ~2.7GHz, running with Gigabyte P55A-UD3 motherboard.

Thank-you for your help :)

Your CPU will definitely bottleneck the gtx 780 but i dont think it will be noticeable in gpu bound games but in cpu bound games, you will really take a hit in performance.
The i5 750 performs around the i3 3220.

If i plan to upgrade, what is the min. CPU requirement to solve this bottleneck issue? :)

CPU bottlenecks are pretty difficult to find when compared to GPU ones.
If you are upgrading,a i5-3570K is recommended, since it will make you a bit future-proof too.
