mobo is an MSI G32m2 Rev 1.0 and the cpu is intel E4500. the odd thing is that it worked fine a few days ago

What do you mean by "wont work"? Does it boot, are you able to enter the BIOS, or what?

i mean no post . The motherboard works with a new cpu and the cpu works on a new motherboard.
