As other threads out there. Im trying to build my first gaming pc, my priority is gaming. Is this specs enough to play mid-high games? Plus, how long can this specs last?

Cpu : I5-4670k
MoBo : Msi Z87-G41
Ram : 8gb 1600mhz (4x2)
Gpu : Sapphire R9 270x 2gb ddr5
Storage : 1TB caviar green
Psu : 800w

Solution
yes this specs will last 2 to 3 years for gaming, the 4670k can be overclocked too and will make you happier for a longer time than the non k's.. the 800w psu is kinda too much if youre not plannig to xfire, a 550w will do for this system.

The CPU is gonna last you a good 2 to 3 years depending on how you use it.
The GPU might last a good year or 2 depending on how games will be developed and optimized. I say this because games right now are getting pretty demanding in terms of graphics capabilities especially with new game engines being developed.
Overall, you have nothing to worry about, by the time you notice that your not gonna be able to keep up with the latest games you'll probably already have enough money saved to upgrade again.
P.S, I would suggest getting an aftermarket heat sink for the CPU if you plan to overclock.
