GTX 660 freeze the computer

Hi, I just bought new pc and this is the spec.

My Specs:
Operating System: Windows 7 64Bit SP1
Motherboard: GIGABYTE SOCKET 1150 Z87-D3HP
Video Card: NVIDIA PCIE GEFORCE GTX 660 GAMING 2GB DDR5
CPU: i7-4770 3.4HZ
RAM: Kingston 1600mhz DDR3 16GB
Hard Drive: SEAGATE 2TB SATA

The problem is, my computer will freeze after windows logo come out. already update my driver to version: 331.82, But the same thing happen.

Can some one help me, i try find the solution here and there, but still dont work.

safe mode and uninstall the driver.
grab driver fusion and once restarted run driver fusion and clean away and nvidia driver remnants then restart when prompted.

install the latest driver once restarted.

I follow the steps given:
uninstall driver in safe mode > restart > run driver fusion > restart > install latest driver 331.93 "run as administrator" > restart

The result:
I try open Chrome, now the blank screen appear (black screen).

Is there any chance that can setting on software nvidia itself?
