i just bought new computer parts, and right now i know my PSU is JUST enough.
i7 4770K
ROG VI Extreme
g.skill CL8 8GB
GTX 780
Antec Water cooler
4 HDD and one SSD
Antec HCG 620W

The minimum for my card is 600W. I've been recommended a Corsair PSU but I'm not sure what the difference between the AX, HX and RM series is.. I'm looking for 850W. What should i get when playing high gaming specs like Metro 2033, Planetside 2 etc

The simple answer AX are the best built imo OEM by seasonic not the AXi , except for the 1200w AX , the rest of the AX series is made by Seasonic.

The RM series is made by Channel well and Chicony .The HX are mostly built by CWT Corsair doesn't actually build power supplies. in fact, Corsair re-brands Seasonic PSU's for some of their product lines, though they also use designs from CWT and FlextronicsOtherwise there isn't much between them, it really depends on your priorities. EDIT- If you'd like to know who manufactures a certain power supply, here are some charts and instructions that you can use to look it up:

The power supply you have is adequate for your system. You really don't need a new PSU.

AX series (most expensive) is 80 plus platinum certified
HX and RM series are 80 plus gold certified
HCG is 80 plus bronze certified.
These are all good ratings, but gold is more efficient than bronze and platinum is more efficient than gold.

80 plus efficiency from wikipedia:

If you are looking for a high end power supply like these, you should consider Seasonic. They are widely considered the best on the market.
