R9 290 fan cooler not coming off

As the title suggest, I cant get this damn cooler off. Its suck to the GPU and I'm new to water cooling. Any ideas on how I can get it off easier?

The instructions say that i should have removed 16 screws from the back which i have done. All the screws marked i have taken off. It wriggles a little bit but not much.
