I am planning to get a new PC , in a couple of months

Im gonna use it mostly for gaming, not lookin forward to any ultra settings or max-outs though (hence the budget) .... just wanna get the biggest bang for my $

i want the processor and GPU to balance each other out, avoid bottlenecking ,
along with a decent MOBO all in LESS than 375bucks...

im kinda leaning towards ati Graphics, as i heard their cards are somewhat quiter, cheaper and use less power than their Nvidia counterparts, though if nvidia can give me a better deal, ill happy get one

lastly, i dont plan on any overclocking

i already went through some threads around here, but couldn't find what i exactly wanted
do mention how big of a PSU will be needed for the build

thanks

Yes but you're better off buying an Athlon and saving money if you're going to buy a GPU, never buy an APU with the intention of buying a GPU as well. Always better saving money with Athlon, or better performance for same cash with an FX cpu
When the ATI (AMD) Radeon 5000 series were released, they were much more efficient than Nvidia (quieter, less power and better value).
In the current models, Nvidia is more efficient on performance per watt and hence the right cooler can be quieter).
The Nvidia GTX 650 Ti boost is fantastic value.
For cheaper cards than this, AMD is better value than Nvidia (e.g. 7750, 7770).
Noise is mostly related to the cooler. Asus direct CU cards are very quiet. Gigabyte isn't bad.

See what you can get the following for:
Core i3 4340 processor
Socket 1150 motherboard with the B85 chipset
AMD Radeon 7770

thanks for the input.

I Checked up, it all fits, but B85 is a bit expensive i think [almost 100$ here]
i actually planned for a much cheaper mobo, and to put more in cpu+gpu

is it absolutely necessary to spend all that on a mobo?

You just need a socket 1150 motherboard.
The H81 is the most basic chipset available. This will limit you to PCI-E 2.0 but that won't actually limit performance.
The B85 is the next lowest chipset in the range.
Above that you'll see H87 and Z87 boards.
Any of these will do really.

dis will do
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1n0ID

AMD FX 4300 will be fine, the motherboard will allow for some overclocking & despite all the hate on the internet, a 650 ti boost will play most games at high-highest possible settings with lowered anti aliasing, ie 2xmssa unless it is something like cod, where i run it with completely maxed settings.

okay... now the 650ti boost 2Gb, ad r7 260 OC 2GB, are available at the same price.... which one's faster?

also, i found this board, bit cheaper than the ones above
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LM_LX_V2/
im bit of a newb when it comes to mobos... so do tell me, how good/bad is this compared to the sub-100$ boards mentioned above?

thanks

This is a AMD APU series motherboard. Its AMD's socket FM2. What you would need is a Socket AM3+ for a and FX/Phenom CPU and LGA 1150 for the newest haswell CPU's.

You can't get this unless your willing to sacrifice 80% of performance to get a cheaper APU that has basic radeon (7750ish) gpu and a phenom x4 low power cpu on one chip. These are only really good for midrange laptops for playing basic games, i.e. Minecraft or similar. i would still got with my build, as more then 4 cores are not going to help in games/ to equal a 4350 +2 cores you would need a 6350. same with 8 cores, you need a 8350.

As for the gnu, a 650TiB would beat a r7 260 anyway.

Its_Byte_00, the board he has linked is AM3+.
No problems with this board LeParadox.

Besides, many FM2+ APUs are fine for gaming if used with a decent graphics card.

Here is an article using a GTX 680 with various CPUs in Skyrim:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-processor-fr...
Notice the A10 5800K is holding average 53.8 FPS.
1920x1080, Ultra detail, 8x MSAA, 16x AF, FXAA Enabled
This is coupled with a GTX 680 and not using the integrated graphics.
Faster CPUs are doing better but 54.6 FPS with the A10 5800K is good.

Now compare to this article on the same APU using the integrated graphics:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/a10-5800k-a8-5600k-...
1920x1080 medium presets
A10 5800K is only managing 24.52 FPS.
