So I've got about $620 to spend today on a new Gaming PC. I need to Opererating system to be included as well. Trying to get the best budget build possible for that amount of money.

I don't personally have this specific board, but 4 of my last 5 systems have used AS Rock Boards. I picked it because I generally trust AS Rock's build quality. Newegg reviews tend to be more heat than light. The rating overall of those who bought its 4.5 out of 5.
