Just built this PC the other day while waiting for my video card to come in. I set everything up and everything was running fine. Got Windows 7 installed then proceeded to install the drivers for the motherboard and SSD. After that I installed the bare minimum I wanted to move on it, chrome, steam, minecraft, origin, adobe reader. Restarted the PC and everything was fine. The last thing I did was I got a update notice for the SSD's firmware since I had an ethernet cable plugged in. So updated the firmware and restarted the PC. Now the PC will not post, no beeps. The 2-digit LED display for error codes normally shoots through a bunch of codes when it posts I assume to check if it's working, but now it just says on "00". Everything turns on and has power, all the HDDs are spinning, my ODD turns on and all of the chassis fans and the cpu are running. So I unplugged all of the HDDs and the SSD thinking the firmware update did something, still no post. Then I removed the RAM, no post, put only 1 stick in, no post, so I just left the RAM out. Then I reconnected the power for the motherboard and CPU and removed all front panel case connections and disconnected all of the case fans, still getting no post but power and running all around. So I figured I would just reseat the cpu and when I took it out I looked at the pins and none of them were bent. After I put it back in, still won't post. So now I'm out of ideas of what the problem could be other than returning the CPU or Mobo.

Mobo: Asus Maximus VI Hero
CPU: i5 4670
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 120GB
HHD: WD Black 1TB (x3)
PSU: Corsair TX850M
Case: Corsair Vengeance c70

Well I just went off of your idea. I forgot I had an extra video card, a GTX 460. So I hooked up the monitor to the video card instead of the onboard graphics chipset up and it's not giving out any display. I tried HDMI, DVI, and DVI to VGA through the adapter that came with the card. Also I just took a look at the motherboard, during normal operation there are red LEDs that light up on the bottom left of the mobo like a line around the audio chipset. Those lights are not coming on.

Okay so it likely isn't posting, or is getting hung on the boot sequence as shown below sorry to use such a noob suggestion for you but there is a difference and people get it wrong all the time :).

AMI BIOS POST Code 00 is Call to Interrupt 19 for boot loader

This is the point where after a successful POST control is then passed to the boot loader on first bootable device (i.e. your SSD RAID Array) to load the operating system.

from the asus rog forums. So it seems it is posting, but the boot device is failing to boot, which would fit with your firmware upgrade, what I don't understand is why it won't go into bios with nothing attached HD/SSD wise. I assume you've tried the whole 1 stick of memory, a processor, and nothing else boot? (try different sticks if it won't boot as well, the manual should suggest which slot to use if only using 1 but I suspect its the one closest to the cpu).

Well sadly I tried 2 sets of RAM, dual and triple channel, 5 sticks individually, nothing. Looked over the motherboard, didn't see any damages. Rechecked the socket pins still all fine. Once I put the cpu back in still no beeps, constant cpu led on motherboard, no visual. I just find this weird that something like this happened after I as able to install some stuff.
