MSI Gtx 610 graphics ( My screen wont start when i have the graphics card installed )

Hello i have just finish building my pc from scratch , everything works alright except when i putting the msi gtx 610 graphics card , the computer turns on normally , but the screen display goes to black , what can i do ?

First of all, connect the monitor cable to the graphics card, not the motherboard.
If that is already there, then the graphics card may be dead, or not compatible with your motherboard, or your power supply is insufficient(however, as far as a 610 is concerned, that is very unlikely).
