is zotac geforce gtx 650 ti boost edition 2gb compatible with motherboard asrock g41m-vs3
and 8 gb ram
cpu intel core 2 duo e7400 2.8ghz
please answer me
my pc too slow i don't know what's problem

Yes it is and should work fine if the PSU is big enough.

but are you sure about that because all my games are too slow
and cpu is good for this Video card or not??

PCI Slots 1 x PCIe x16 that's enough for this card?
my PSU 350 watt did you think this is the problem?

350 watt is on the low side if not modern quality unit!
What did you have before? All drivers cleaned out from previous card?

it's not agood quality PSU you think that's the problem??
i was have Geforce GT 630 4gb
and i formatted after the new one so it's clean right..

Not driver conflict since the cards use the same drivers and you did clean install, basically leaves us with just the PSU as a suspect.

Probably throttles the GPU down so it does not work at full core clock. It is though a powerful GPU compared to the CPU.

CPU can bottleneck a graphics card or hold it back from running at full potential. Easy way to finf out if that is happening is to OC the CPU and see if there is difference.

Start with the PSU since upgrading CPU is either a fast used C2D or quad or simply platform upgrade. On the PSU, I would look minimum for 430-50watt from Antec, Corsair, Seasonic or XFX to name few.
