cpu fan noise

Hello,

my cpu fan recently start making annoying noise, but I found out what causes. Every time fan speed fall below 2050 rpm, it starts making that noise. I'm using Asus Silent Square Evo. Will replacement of fan solved that? And which fan do you recommend?

I've cleaned with air compressor, but is still the same. Looks like the bearings are worn out, because it's quite old 5 or 6 years. I think I'll just replace the fan.
