Zalman Case Fans not detected by BIOS, HELP please.

Hi buddies,
I have an ASUS Z87 Pro Mobo in a Zalman Z11 Plus case and a problem with some of the case Fans:

I have 2 of them correctly being detected by the Mobo as 3pin Fans, so I can configure the Fan Speeds. The problem is that I have other 2 Case Fans not recognized.
Those not working are molex fans connected to the mobo with a molex to 3-pin adapter.
Any ideas on why the BIOS is not recognizing them while it recognizes the other 2 connected trough 3-pin connectors?

Those Fans are 2 of the ones that came by default with the case. Ones in the Sides and the other at the Rear.

Before Buying another ones.... Is there anyway to really confirm that the problem are the fans not being able to be speed controlled?

The weird thins is that while the bios does not recognize them they are at a slow rpm rate, while as I understand how fans work they should be at max rpm right?
