Hey im new here and just trying to get some help with this pc i built i am a rookie and this is my first build so yea heres what i got.

Evga 770 super overlclocked
Intel i5-3570k 3.40GHz
16gb ripjaw ram

so yea idk if i have to be more specifc but.. heres my problem...

3-4 months ago i was playing on this pc without a problem but now everything drops frames by a longshot even league! i can only play league on medium settings just to get 30=frames black ops 2 like 10 frames.u probably get my point by now. i tried updating gfx card and processor. that didn't help. im beting on the cpu usage i see that if i try playing any games the cpu usage goes some where 40-65 id say even 80 on blops 2 so if u probably know what wrong plz answer thx!!

Me thinks you have a virus or some other malware. Your computer is in every way better than mine (other than maybe ram) and I can chew up Blops2 and I get over 250 fps on league if I turn vsync off. The only two issues that can really cause that to happen after time are a virus, or a cpu/gpu getting too hot and throttling to not burn up. Check your temps, and check for a virus.

just checked the 4 cores are average 45C-60C just from a cutscene lol

clearly heatsink has dislodged itself or isnt on proper either way get a aftermarket cooler intel coolers and amd coolers suck

put this cooler in your case remove old stuff first before applying new paste.

if case is not very wide e.g is less wide then 18 cm this wont fit especially if you have fans on side

if this is a problem recomend this cooler

either one will keep that processor in check
