Samsung SSD 840 500GB, was working . but now i get a blue screen for less then a sec. and then it reboots over and over. I check the drive on another PC and everything look OK. i can see all the files. I already back it up to another driver. can it be fixed or should i just use the warranty. i all so check the PC with another HDD and everything is working
