Nvidia GTX 780 variants, which is actually better?

Solution
I would either go with Asus (not listed on your list) or EVGA, the clockspeeds listed are kind of whatever, you can always just OC it yourself, that is all they've done. Any of them can be OCed manually using a tool that will come on a disc with the card. If you don't want to do this pick the highest one and go, if you're fine with it just pick one you like and go. there isn't a massive difference between the manufacturers but I would probably not go with zoltac personally.

NVIDIA Reference Design GeForce GTX 780 3 GB Card
Temperatures: Idle 37°C, Load 81°C, Load + OC 81°C

ASUS GTX 780 DirectCU II OC 3 GB
Temperatures: Idle 35°C, Load 67°C, Load + OC 68°C

MSI GTX 780 TwinFrozr Gaming 3 GB
Temperatures: Idle 30°C, Load 73°C...
