AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
8GB RAM
Asus GeForce GTX 660 Ti 3GB Video Card
ASRock FM2A55M-DGS Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard

Planning on Windows 8.1

I'm planning on building this, but I want to know before I spend about $800 if it would be good enough.

More about : specs good kind games run

Combining an APU with a graphics card is not a good investment. Just get a cheaper Athlon X4 750K instead.

Yeah it doesn't seem like great value. For $800 (depending on what you needed) I'm sure you could comfortably fit in an FX6300 and cheaper 970 motherboard.

Also, unless the price is really good a GTX660ti doesn't make much sense these days, especially a 3Gb one

I'm assuming this is a homebuilt system you are looking to get, rather than something put together in advance?
Either way, we can help, but we need more information. This is a good thing to read - http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/353572-31-build-upg...
Once we know what you need, how much you want to spend, and what you will use it for, we can help you a lot better.
