Just got my new card today, and im ready to Overclock! I have little experience overclocking, overclocked my 6950 with afterburner, but i just maxed everything so didnt really know what i was doing!
Im just wondering how to to this and how much you guys would think i could push this card to?

Any advice gladly taken.
Right now i have Gigabyte Oc Guru II, looks really nice but i dont know

Heres my specs if they matter:

Cooler Master CM 690 II Advanced Black
Corsair Power supply TX V2 650W
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80GHz.
MSI PS7A GD65 B3
Corsair XMS3 Vengeance 16gb Cl9
Gigabyte GeForce Gtx 780 3gb Windforce x3
WD Caviar Black 1TB Sata 3.0
Windows 7 Home premium

Why overclock it at all? Is something not running as well as you'd like?
If the overclocking is an end in itself rather than a means to an end, I'd recommend experimenting on much less expensive cards. See what you can get out of a HD7770 or GTX650Ti; if you smoke it you won't have trashed your primary gaming graphics card.

Yes, im using Evga Precision atm, and monitor GPU/CPU/MB temperature, while playing games.
