The best would be the 650Ti and it will work with ur psu but try to upgrade the psu ASAP.
The 650ti would be enough for your 1280*1024 res. monitor.

at 1300 res any of those cards would be enough. most benchmarks are done with faster processors and higher resolutions. you're using a slow FM1 processor. wouldn't put a big card on it. ........ I have to ask, what card do they recommend cross firing with the apu? might be enough if the games you run are supported. ????

The 650ti would be fine with the 400W psu.

On the motherboard menu it says for cross with Radeon 6670 ( best card for cross x )

Yes u can crossfire it with a hd6670 at most but without crossfire u can run a 650ti with that cpu.

Because it would be quite a risk for a hd7790 but you would run it. Be aware of the risk.
