So I've been looking around the internet and every review I've seen or comparison of these two graphics cards seems to be different, can anyone give me a clear answer on which one is actually better from past experience of using them? Thank you.

There won't be a major difference honestly. I like the Looks of the EVGA one slightly better but that is merely cosmetic and on my end, they both can be further OCed to really close to the same performance, though honestly if you're only using one screen there would be NO need to do any OC for anything on the market.

There won't be a noticeable difference between them, they are both factory overclocked cards and it will likely come more down to how well your case gets rid of hot air than which card you choose, I'd pick whichever one I could find cheaper TBH.

technic3d.com EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Classified review:
"With a GPU voltage of 1.29375 volts we were able to achieve a stable Boost clock of 1,371 MHz."

techPowerUp.com MSI GTX 780 Lightning review:
reached a stable Boost clock of 1,173 MHz

The Elpida memory chips on the MSI GTX 780 Lightning don't overclock as well as the Samsung memory chips on the EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Classified.
