Micro ATX $2300 Build Advice?

I'm working on a micro atx build right now. As stated, $2300 is my budget for as much power as I can get. Here is what I have been considering.

I already have the ram and storage. Also, would this psu fit right in this case, with no problems?

Thanks for taking the time to read.

You're completely right, my eyes played me there...

Now, which kind of games and what resolution will you use as, depending on that, maybe one GTX 780 Ti would be a better option instead of the 780 SLI that could be problematic in a tight enclosure.

Aside from that I really like your build, maybe get another PSU but that's about it.

I'd like to play at 1440p or higher, but right now I'm only at 1080p. I was only going to get one 780 for now and see how it works for me, then buy another later if I feel I'd need it.

Which psu would you recommend? I'd like to pull a decent overclock. Cpu, maybe 4.6GHz if obtainable and cards, just whatever I can get them to.

If you are going to SLI in a small case, I'd stick with the Titan reference cooler GTX780s as they are pretty damn good and should avoid a lot of heat buildup.

PSU is really good, though they have recently done a product recall on them, which is a shame. I'd still have one on my shortlist if I was shopping for a 1000W PSU though, the OEM is great and the 10year warranty is unparalleled.

The most notable one is the motherboard, as this one has the second x16 PCIe in the third slot so when you sli both cards they won't be that close giving you more room for cooling, according to a nice fellow on this forum: http://www.overclock.net/t/1426919/is-it-wrong-if-i-intend-to-build-a-sli-gtx-780-system-on-a-corsair-350d/10

I also changed your 16GB of RAM to two 8GB sticks that will use less space and perform the same.

Finally, and this is more a personal opinion, I'm fond of these Seasonic units, you can't go wrong with them and the 780 Sli can be run on 850W.

I would 2nd the reference cooler from nividia as well. They are also slightly smaller I think compare to asus, and will shoot the heat outside the case instead of blow it around inside. Or you can do like 1 ref and 1 non ref card.

Otherwise you should be fine with 850w PSU, I run my 2 780's on a 860w corsair and no problems doing anything.

What sort of differences would I see between that motherboard and mine? Also, I already have the ram. I just added it into the price since it's going to be part of my build.

Edit: Also, is it the EVGA ACX or Reference cooler?

As I said, the G1.Sniper m5 doesn't have the PCIe ports next to each other so if you use two cards they will have more breathing room which will impact positively their temperatures.

So you changed a micro atx build for one of the biggest cases out there... Did you really needed the small build in the first place? Anyway... You don't have to worry anymore for thermals, that case is awesome in that matter.

I just like the smaller cases. I'm not really looking for something to be able to carry around, just small and sleek.

How is the build other than that?

I find it weird how this went from a fit everything into a nutshell, then now shove everything into a school bus :p

I'm using that case currently in one build, and love it. I actually wished I had the white one, but I wasn't gonna pay $25 more for that color when I got this one for cheaper :p GL with your build.
