Hello having trouble picking what motherboard i want to get for my i7-4770k

Hi i have been doing ALOT of research on z87 motherboards and have not yet made a decision.
I was hoping you guys could help me pick out a top of the line motherboard i mainly plan to Game and live stream and be able to overclock my i7-4770k to a 4.2 GHz No Problem so that in mind id like to have the best gaming motherboard that will last me a very long time 4-5 years and make a good home for my i7-4770k which i hope lasts 4-5 years.

Here are some boards i have been looking at:

Now these are just ones i have been looking at i simply just want the best gaming motherboard for my i7-4770k i dont want to extreme overclock i just want a 4.2 Ghz Overclock. if you could help me find the best one i would be very happy! and it would be much appreciated!

The most id ever do is 2 way SLI i plan on buying the Geforce GTX 780 Ti so that in mind i need a good board that can support 2 way SLI no problem with my i7-4770k overclocked to 4.2 Ghz (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487001)

I plan on buying the CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Extreme Performance Water/Liquid CPU Cooler. 240mm for my liquid cooler ( http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032 )

And some Good ram for the motherboard i plan on buying. i want 16 gb of ram if you could help me pick out some awesome ram for the motherboard you guys help me pick out that would be awesome! and much appreciated

I JUST WANT THE BEST GAMING MOTHERBOARD for my i7-4770k that will last me 4-5 years i want it to be very good and have very good components!

Im willing to drop alot of money on a motherboard i just want the best one for gaming for performance and able to run 2 way sli no problem with 4.2 ghz overclock on my i7-4770k i want one that will last me for a very long time for like 4-5 years i dont really care about money just want the best one could you suggest me a motherboard one that is the best?

Oh awesome is this one step down from the ASUS MAXIMUS VI EXTREME? how good is this board the maximus VI formula?

yeah that's correct....but then i personally feel, after the sweet $300 mark, you start paying more for those sort of augmented features which you would rarely use.

it is much better to put that extra money on to something that really matters....such as the gpu,ssd, etc.

Is this the best gaming motherboard for 300$? would it be able to OC my i7-4770k to 4.2 ghz np? will it last as long as i want it to last ? 4-5 years? will it be a good home for my i7-4770k wont burn it or anything? thats what i really care about i want it to last for 4-5 years

ok i think i may go with this board then im looking at reviews right now on it hopefully i like it but im leaning towards this board now Thanks for all your information but i have 1 more question.

Its the Best performance motherboard for gaming right?
