Ok, I am switching to a Hybrid Seagate Drive, from a regular hard drive, My Hybrid will be my primary boot drive. Do I need to disable all my overclocking settings from the previous hard drive, or will that be cleared when I format it "Plan on using it as a secondary storage drive."

Solution
Well the Video card OC might go away if you don't clone your dive before you wipe it but the processor stuff (which usually takes longer) won't change unless you reset the bios. If you're not going to clone your HD then I recommend writing down all your settings for the GPU OC. before you wipe.

So switching hard drives won't affect my OC in any way shape or form, I used nVidias utility to overclock my video card, and used my Bios to OC my Processor.
