hello everyone
Im trying to remove games from my daughters laptop but im struggling with some simple tasks as the computer says i need to have adminstrator access to make changes to the laptop but ive checked the users and neither have admin access, ive used a windows password recovery disc but still having the same issue, its like as if there is a hidden admin account on the laptop

if this is possible how can i get past it, we have windows 7 installed, its a home computer

"but ive checked the users and neither have admin access"

Every Windows installation has at least one user account which has administrator priveleges (it's usually the first account that a user creates on a fresh installation), so please restart your computer and log on to an "Administrator" account if you want to uninstall software.

Boot into safe mode and then try to uninstall games. If this fails then,
delete the game folders directly and check for registry issues using CCleaner or Glary Utlities or any other program otherwise
right click on any folder go to properties and check how many users are listed over there and change permissions. Now try that with game folder.
