Amd build:
case: aerocool x-strike
Motherboard: cheap €90 990fx chipset from Asrock
Cpu: Amd fx-8350
Gpu: MSI r7 270 gaming 2g
PSU: corsair 600w modular 80 plus
HDD: WD 750gb Blue

Intel build:
case: cooler master elite 120 advanced
motherboard: cheap mini-itx €80 B75 chipset from Asrock
CPU: Intel core i5 4570
Gpu: MSI r7 270 gaming 2g
PSU: corsair 600w modular 80 plus
HDD: WD 750gb blue

One of those is gonna be my second build and i want you guys to choose which is best They are both the same price.

Solution
The intel build is incompatible: B75 chipset motherboards are for Ivy Bridge CPUs. The i5 4570 is a Haswell CPU, and the equivalent chipset is the B85 chipset.

Apart from that, go for Intel. The i5 will beat the 8350 hands down in general and gaming uses, unless you do a lot of video editing and rendering, or use other applications that can utilise more than four cores.

I would recommend the ASRock B85M-ITX motherboard for an ITX build. It is $75 on Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157390&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
and there is an extra 15% off until December 18th with a promo code.

Hope this helps :)

Regarding the AMD build go for a FX 6300 and a better gpu (unless your converting, working in background). Focus on the GPU stream processor/CUDA cores as for gaming CPU 6 cores are enough
