Okay so right now my bios and boot seems all messed up and its hard to say whats wrong with the pc. Lemme start from the beginning. My build is 4770K w/ 8GB RAM booting on SSD + HDD for storage. I was actually running the system fine for about a week OC @ 4.4 GHz with around 1.215V stable w/ BIOs version 1.5. I kind of felt that it was running kind of hot so i tweak the multiplier down to 43 and lowered the volt to 1.2 to see if that would boot. As far as i remembered that is where everything went wrong. I restarted and it didnt boot to windows or Bios. I tried restarting again and it boot to bios this time but it would occasionally freeze when im trying to change settings. I reset my CMOS and tried to boot into windows but its very random. Sometimes it would get to the logo but would freeze and stop booting. Sometimes it would freeze when im in bios. As i read the forums i think it could be the way i flashed my BIOS. I later on then tried to reflash the bios a couple of times but it didnt help. It would occasionally not even boot to bios but would after i tried to restart again. I just want to know what i did wrong, what i could do to fix it. I hope i didnt break the motherboard but I think im going to buy another board just to make sure its not my cpu or something. ve tried getting into safemode once and i was able to boot into safe mode. Could it be that i didnt install the latest ME? I'm at work right now and if someone could post the proper steps to flashing and updating ME with my board, I could try that when i get home before i go buy another mobo to test

rma your board.....bios freeze only occurs when you have a faulty board or a faulty bios......you can try re flashing your bios again, but i don't think that will be of much help

i managed to get bios working by reflashing with msi tool to bios version 1.6b6 i believe but im still having issues getting it to boot into windows. Im getting further now and the windows logo is actually loading but after it either black screens, or bsod.
