RAM=2.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24) i dont get it. its suposed to be 1333mhz

is it because i only put a single ram on my mother board ?
do i have to fill the two slots on my motherboard in order to become dual channel?

As Pinhedd stated, marketing departments confuse things.

Your memory is rated for 1333 MT/s (million transfers/sec). The actual clock speed should be 667 MHz, because DDR3 memory makes 2 transfers for every clock cycle.

The memory is running as it should.

My motherboard support this:
Two 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM Dual Inline Memory Module (DIMM) sockets
Support for DDR3 1333 /1066 MHz DIMMs
Support for up to 8 GB of system memory

does it means my board is dualchannel?
if i add addtional 2gb of ram will it work as dualchannel?
